Double stick fighting Commonly referred to as Sinawalis or Dalawang Arnis Escrima, Kali or Doble Baston. Double stick training guarantees increase of speed and accuracy using both right and left hands, preparingstudents as well rounded stick fighters. Hand to hand combat Commonly referred to as Kamao or Mano a Mano. Hand to hand fighting is based on the weaponry training of arnis, kali or escrima, and consists of striking, parrying, blocking, counter striking, kicking, locking or joint manipulation, takedown, controlling, submission and various finishing techniques.
Ground fighting Commonly referred to as Dumog or Buno. Training takes a realistic approach nor only through hand to hand applications but also utlising sticks as tools to help awareness of ground survival. Sword and dagger Commonly referred to as Espada Y Daga or Anis o Escrima, Kali at Daga.
