Martial Arts Weapons Training
For teens and Adults

Aerostrike PMMA martial arts consists of both weapons and hands self defence
Includes, but is not limited to, the following Black Belt systems
Single stick fighting
Referred to as Isang Arnis, Escrima, Kali or Solo Bastron. This style reveals the power behind your dominant hand, allowing you to understand distances from long, middle and short ranges of stick fighting.
Double stick fighting
Commonly referred to as Sinawalis or Dalawang Arnis Escrima, Kali or Doble Baston. Double stick training guarantees increase of speed and accuracy using both right and left hands, preparingstudents as well rounded stick fighters.
Hand to hand combat
Commonly referred to as Kamao or Mano a Mano. Hand to hand fighting is based on the weaponry training of arnis, kali or escrima, and consists of striking, parrying, blocking, counter striking, kicking, locking or joint manipulation, takedown, controlling, submission and various finishing techniques.
Ground fighting
Commonly referred to as Dumog or Buno. Training takes a realistic approach nor only through hand to hand applications but also utlising sticks as tools to help awareness of ground survival.
Sword and dagger
Commonly referred to as Espada Y Daga or Anis o Escrima, Kali at Daga. Although fighting an opponent with a sword it is not anticipated, training aims an ability to recognise the strength of each type of weapon, giving students a better understanding of Philippine martial arts.Understanding the principle that the weapons are just an extension of your hand, a knife can easily be replaced by a hand strike or a sword to a fore arm hit to somebody's neck.
