Aerostrike's Super BULLYPROOF school program

Most children will not take a stand against Bullies. This resolves to a persistent Bully with countless verbal or physical harassment. As an adult you know that needs to stop ASAP. Enrol you children and don’t let your kids be a victim! Joining Aerostrike's Junior Karate Bully proof program.  Will teach your child the Rules of Engagement, giving them  a step by step plan to follow any time they are targeted by a bully. Assuring for better days to come if they stand up for themselves and take the necessary instructions. A good childhood is a happy one.

WHAT'S INVOLVED  

A contemporary style of martial arts and self-defence that is updated daily, offering the latest Karate training and teaching methods. AEROSTRIKE® Karate teaches according to the principles of the traditional style of Goju karate, originating in the city of Naha on the Island of Okinawa Japan. By its Goju founder  Miagi Sensei.  The art of hard and soft applications. 
Teaching the ancient forms with all it's self defence applications, similar to those used by our Police and special forces today. Karate, consists of escapes, joint locking, striking, blocking, takedowns, sweeps, sparring, wood, concrete slab breaking and traditional Karate weapons.

Age specific drills and life skills

Different ages will be challenge with age specific drills and life skills. Learning proper warm ups,stretching, posture, balance, attitude, manners, focus to make your child excel with these life skills. Helping them in life and in school.
